Role Overview
As a Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the company's identity provider, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365. You will be the escalation point for identity incidents and will design and implement conditional access policies, authentication methods, and application onboarding.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing users, groups, and directory roles, designing and implementing conditional access policies, and onboarding applications over SAML 2.0 and OIDC/OAuth 2.0. You will also be responsible for SCIM 2.0 provisioning, tenant consent settings, and least privilege for admin access.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Entra ID in production, as well as experience with Microsoft 365 tenant settings, licensing, and admin roles. You should be able to diagnose and resolve identity incidents, and have experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, Azure Automation Runbooks, and Power Automate.

- 3+ years administering Microsoft Entra ID in production
- Microsoft 365 tenant: settings, licensing, admin roles, Service Health
- Exchange Online: mailbox permissions, groups, mail flow, SPF/DKIM/DMARC
- Microsoft Defender: threat policies, quarantine, message trace
- Power Platform: environments, DLP connector policies, maker access
- PowerShell: Exchange Online module, Microsoft Graph SDK
- Enterprise applications, app registrations, consent and permission models, automated provisioning
- Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or comparable platforms
- Least privilege, secure administration, change management, and the discipline to leave configurations documented
- Written and spoken English at B2 or higher
