Role Overview

The role involves managing the full lifecycle of enterprise application ecosystems, including evaluation, procurement, deployment, optimization, renewal, and retirement. The position requires strong ownership, hands-on SaaS expertise, and the ability to independently lead initiatives that improve reliability, scalability, automation, and operational excellence across the enterprise.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end lifecycle management of enterprise SaaS applications, managing the enterprise application portfolio, leading SaaS procurement and vendor management, driving SaaS testing and rollout, and ensuring security, compliance, and data integrity across all enterprise applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications, SaaS portfolio management, or enterprise IT
• Deep hands-on experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of the full SaaS lifecycle
• Experience working closely with Security, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and SOX teams
• Solid knowledge of AI tools and platforms
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing at scale
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive, initiative-driven mindset
• Strong organizational skills
