Role Overview
The Senior Payroll Specialist owns end-to-end Dutch payroll execution in Nmbrs across entities and pay groups, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and trust. This role harmonizes and simplifies payroll execution and accounting across the company's Dutch entities, pay groups, providers, and systems.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end Dutch payroll execution in Nmbrs, ensure Dutch payroll tax and social security compliance, administer regulated and complex pay items accurately, run and reconcile shadow payrolls in Nmbrs, and serve as the designated backup for the company's other international payrolls.
