Role Overview
Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises. The Token Factory team is responsible for building an inference platform that makes foundation models fast, reliable, and effortless to deploy at massive scale.
What You Will Do
Develop and optimize low-level kernels and runtime components for AI inference, improve performance of inference engines GPU platforms, profile and debug system-level and hardware-level performance issues, and integrate support for new hardware architectures.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in C++ or GPU programming, experience in GPU programming or systems-level software development, and a solid understanding of CPU/GPU architecture and memory hierarchy.
