Role Overview
We are seeking an Operations Lead to take full operational responsibility for our growing footprint across Norway. This is a high-impact position that bridges strategic management in Oslo with practical, on-the-ground execution at our regional data center locations.
What You Will Do
You will hold overall responsibility for our day-to-day national business operations, vendor networks, facility coordination, and operational compliance. A major immediate focus will be building and standardizing our nationwide operational frameworks.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an operations leadership, site operations, or operational management role managing operations within Norway
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Economics, or a related field (equivalent practical experience valued)
- Norwegian Labor Law & Regulatory Expertise
- Process Design & Structuring
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Native or full professional fluency in Norwegian (essential for local regulatory bodies, contracts, and vendors) and English (for corporate reporting)
