Role Overview
We are seeking a Construction Manager to support on-site delivery of Nscale's Glomfjord data centre project and associated enabling works. This is a site-based owner-side role responsible for overseeing construction execution from site preparation through commissioning and turnover.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and oversee on-site construction activities across site preparation, structural, electrical, mechanical, commissioning, and turnover phases. Oversee and coordinate with the general contractors, subcontractors, and trade partners, ensuring work is properly sequenced and delivered to specification.

Experience in building data centres, power plants, industrial facilities, or other large mission-critical infrastructure.
Requirements
- Extensive progressive construction management experience
- Experience in building data centres, power plants, industrial facilities, or other large mission-critical infrastructure
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems
- Demonstrated success managing schedules, budgets, contractors, and multiple trades on active job sites
- Deep understanding of construction safety standards and OSHA HSE requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work full-time on site in Glomfjord, Norway
- Fluent in English; Norwegian advantageous
