Role Overview
The Director of LV/Fiber Deployment leads the planning, execution, and operational handoff of low-voltage and fiber infrastructure deployments across data center, edge, and network facilities.
What You Will Do
Lead regional or global deployment programs for structured cabling, fiber backbone, low-voltage systems, and related physical infrastructure.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in physical infrastructure deployment, data centers, telecommunications, network construction, or large-scale critical environments
- 5+ years leading multi-site teams, contractors, vendors, or complex deployment programs
- Deep knowledge of structured cabling, fiber-optic infrastructure, low-voltage systems, testing and certification practices, and cable-management standards
- Experience delivering infrastructure in data centers, telecom networks, industrial facilities, or other mission-critical environments
- Demonstrated success managing large vendor workforces, budgets, schedules, and quality programs
- Strong understanding of construction, commissioning, change control, site readiness, and operational handoff
- Proven ability to lead safely in live production environments and balance speed, quality, cost, and availability
- Excellent executive communication, cross-functional leadership, and problem-solving skills
