Role Overview
We're looking for a Droid — a high-impact operator who acts as a force multiplier across Nscale. This is a role that will allow you to surge on the company’s most important, least-defined problems, partnering directly with senior leaders and rolling up your sleeves with teams across Commercial, Infrastructure, Product, GTM, Finance, IT and Operations.

Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, investment, or high-growth technology environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of owning initiatives end-to-end and driving them to measurable outcomes
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership mindset
