Role Overview
As the HSE Coordinator at Nscale, you will be the guardian of safety, health, and environmental sustainability across our data center facilities. Operating in a high-voltage, mission-critical environment, you will work closely with site managers, engineers, and contractors to build and embed a world-class safety culture.
What You Will Do
Your mission will be to maintain an incident-free environment, ensure robust regulatory compliance, and raise the bar on physical plant and personnel safety.

Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated experience as an HSE Coordinator, Safety Officer, or working within health and safety management
- Degree or professional certification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related technical field
- Fluent in Norwegian
- Strong proficiency in local language is required for supporting community relations and regulators
- English is required to a decent standard
