Role Overview

Nscale is looking for a Manager, Investor Relations, Legal, to work closely with the Investor Relations team, ensuring all investor-facing and other public communications and disclosures meet the legal and regulatory standards that apply to a publicly listed company.

What You Will Do

Partner closely with the Investor Relations team on the legal rules and regulations governing investor communications and disclosure, maintain accurate and complete records of all IR-related disclosure activity, and work closely with IR, Communications, Events, Marketing and Legal to review public-facing content.

Requirements

• Experience in an investor relations, disclosure, or securities compliance function
• Solid understanding of the legal/regulatory framework governing IR and public company disclosure in the US and UK
• Excellent attention to detail and strong record-keeping discipline
• Confident, discreet, and comfortable reviewing sensitive or public-facing content under time pressure
• Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills; comfortable partnering closely with Legal, IR, Communications and other internal and external stakeholders
• Experience supporting a company through a period of significant external or public profile growth
• Familiarity with public company disclosure obligations in a listed or multi-jurisdictional context
