Role Overview
Join Nscale's journey as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist, responsible for monitoring network infrastructure, servers, and environmental systems in real-time. This is a technical, hands-on role where you will identify anomalies, troubleshoot initial issues, and escalate complex problems to senior engineers.
What You Will Do
Monitor network health and performance, respond to alerts, investigate faults, and perform first-line troubleshooting to restore services quickly. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while providing accurate diagnostics and updates.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a NOC, IT helpdesk, technical support, or data center environment
- Degree or vocational certificate in Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, and firewalls)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, or SolarWinds) and ticketing systems (like Jira Service Management or ServiceNow)
- Basic comfort level working with Linux/Unix command lines and Windows Server environments
- CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or ITIL Foundation certifications are highly advantageous
