Role Overview
As a Purchasing & Logistics Specialist, you will ensure the seamless procurement, transport, and delivery of critical high-density data centre equipment and AI hardware.
What You Will Do
Procurement Operations: Process purchase requisitions, create purchase orders (POs), and track order acknowledgments for critical data centre and compute hardware. Shipment & Freight Tracking: Coordinate end-to-end international and domestic freight shipments, monitoring transit schedules, customs clearance, and delivery timelines to project sites.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and logistics management software
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Familiarity with global shipping standards, Incoterms, customs clearance processes, and freight coordination (air, sea, and road)
- High attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot supply chain disruptions rapidly and manage high-volume transactional data accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate schedules and align with internal cross-functional teams and external logistics partners
