Role Overview
The Senior Commissioning Manager will lead and coordinate commissioning activities for Nscale’s hyperscale data centre projects across Europe. This owner-side role requires strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders throughout the commissioning process.
What You Will Do
Lead phases of commissioning, develop and manage project-specific commissioning plans, schedules, and test procedures, oversee testing, verification, and documentation of system performance, and review and validate commissioning reports.

Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in commissioning / MEP management
- Qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent discipline)
- Proven experience managing integrated commissioning of critical power and cooling systems
- Strong understanding of commissioning processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with FAT, SAT, and IST testing for data centre systems
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
