Role Overview
We're hiring an Engineer, Collab Technology to keep Nscale's collaboration tools running smoothly day to day. The role involves administering collaboration tools, providing AV support, and coordinating with the outsourced workplace technology managed service provider (MSP).
What You Will Do
Administer collaboration tools day to day, provide front-line AV support, coordinate with the outsourced workplace technology MSP, contribute to documentation and training materials, and build working knowledge of Jira and Confluence administration.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in workplace technology, IT support, or collaboration engineering, working proficiency with at least one major collaboration suite, and basic working knowledge of Atlassian tools.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in workplace technology, IT support, or collaboration engineering
- Working proficiency with at least one major collaboration suite: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Slack
- Basic working knowledge of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Some scripting or automation exposure
