Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join Nscale as the senior manager for our colocation-based facilities overseeing mission-critical data center construction programs.

What You Will Do

Provide senior-level oversight of the overall construction program on behalf of Nscale, directly supervising the General Construction Manager(s), Preconstruction Manager, Construction Scheduler, Cost Manager, and EHS Manager.

The ideal candidate has led complex, multi-site or large single-site data center programs and can translate Nscale's strategic priorities into consistent execution standards across teams and project sites, while serving as the primary escalation point when issues exceed site-level authority.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction management experience, including 5+ years overseeing data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial programs
• Demonstrated experience directly managing General Construction Managers, program controls (scheduling and cost) functions, EHS leadership, and multi-site subcontractor teams
• Strong command of program-level scheduling (CPM), budget and cost control, and contract administration
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret full construction document sets across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel between multiple project sites as required
