Role Overview
The Legal team plays a critical role in enabling the company's growth through the execution of complex financing transactions and strategic legal support. The team partners across the business to deliver the legal frameworks that underpin Nscale's global expansion. As an Nscaler, you'll help build the infrastructure powering the future of AI.
What You Will Do
You will work closely with the CLO, Finance, Treasury and Capital Markets teams to lead the legal execution of Nscale's financing transactions, supporting the business across project finance, asset finance and other strategic funding initiatives.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in top-tier law firms, financial institutions and/or in-house legal roles
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on holistic, entrepreneurial and fast-paced decision-making and work productivity
- Significant experience in complex corporate cross-jurisdictional transactions, including debt and equity fundraising, capital markets, venture debt, securitisation and corporate governance
- Robust internal and external stakeholder management and communications skills
- Experience relevant for, and motivation to participate in, a growing legal function in a busy and exciting business
