Role Overview
Nscale is hiring a VP, EH&S (Global) to lead the company's Health & Safety organization and own environment, health, and safety across the global data center portfolio. The role spans the full delivery lifecycle, from site selection and design to commissioning and operations.
What You Will Do
The VP, EH&S (Global) will own Nscale's global EH&S strategy, policy, standards, and performance targets, establish a single global EH&S management system, and direct internal and third-party audit and assurance programs.

- Multi-jurisdictional regulatory command
- Electrical safety depth in energized medium- and high-voltage environments
- Proven ability to hold general contractors and subcontractors to standard
- Credibility with senior delivery and operations leaders
