Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management, Data Center Build and Design is the program leadership seat for how TensorWave builds data centers. The role involves leading the Technical Program Management team responsible for data center design and build delivery across largest campuses.

What You Will Do

Phase gate framework ownership, team leadership, integrated schedule and portfolio truth, general contractor and colocation partner accountability, escalation and recovery, and compounding delivery velocity.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience in technical program management or delivery leadership, with at least 2 to 3 years of managing people, and direct ownership of data center design and construction delivery at scale.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years in technical program management or delivery leadership
• Direct ownership of data center design and construction delivery at scale
• Demonstrated command of stage gate delivery governance
• Personal fluency in schedule logic at Primavera P6 grade or equivalent
• Working depth across data center infrastructure
• Track record of moving engineering organizations, general contractors, and vendors
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain a team of program managers
• Executive communication that leads with the conclusion
