Role Overview

Vultr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Construction Manager to own portfolio-level construction delivery across 3–5 concurrent data center sites.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will drive landlord shell acceptance through tenant fit-out on schedule and budget, serve as the escalation point for schedule, cost, and quality risk, and manage the seam into Startup and Turnover.

Requirements

• 8+ years in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial construction management, including multi-site or regional oversight
• Experience managing landlord-delivered shell space and tenant improvement scopes
• Working fluency in MEP systems, commissioning sequencing, and fit-out trades specific to high-density compute
• Track record managing GC and trade partner performance across concurrent, geographically distributed job sites
• Ability to travel frequently across a multi-state portfolio
