Role Overview

Vultr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Onboarding Programs to build and maintain GTM onboarding programs that accelerates new hire productivity.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and continuously optimize onboarding programs for new sales hires supporting Vultr's growing commercial org.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a quota-carrying or customer-facing revenue role (SDR, AE, SE, or CSM)
• 5+ years total experience in enablement, onboarding, or revenue program ownership, including building or running onboarding programs from scratch, solo or with minimal support
• Experience using data to connect onboarding programs to ramp speed, quota attainment, or retention
• Skilled in Salesforce and Gong (or comparable tools) for rep performance analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable owning every piece of onboarding-related comms independently
• Proven ability to own a program end-to-end without a team, with demonstrable results from your own execution and cross-functional influence
