Role Overview

Vultr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the end-to-end execution of our most complex, large-scale AI data center build programs.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader with 10+ years of experience who excels at navigating high-growth ambiguity, managing multi-layered stakeholder relationships, and translating complex technical infrastructure requirements into clear, actionable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Program Management experience within a technical or infrastructure-focused organization.
• Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans;
• Exceptional Communication & EQ: Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and translate technical complexity for business audiences.
• Deep experience in Organizational Change Management: Ability to drive process adoption and maintain program health during rapid scaling and pivots.
• Technical Fluency: A strong foundational understanding of data center deployments and the critical path items required for infrastructure rollouts.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, 'multi-vendor' builds where you were accountable for the entire program lifecycle.
