Role Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Development Associate to play a key role in managing and executing the company’s end-to-end acquisition and strategic investment activities on the real asset / digital infrastructure side of our business.
What You Will Do
Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships to expand our portfolio of land-power-shell assets. Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential transactions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
4-5 years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a specific focus on data centers, digital infrastructure, and real estate. Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills.
