Role Overview
The Data Center Operations Engineer will be responsible for ensuring new server, storage, and network infrastructure is properly racked, labeled, cabled, and configured. They will also troubleshoot hardware and software issues in advanced systems and work with various teams to ensure timely deployment of systems and project plans.
What You Will Do
The engineer will ensure data center layout and network topology are documented in DCIM software, manage a parts depot inventory, and work closely with HW Support and RMA teams to resolve issues.
