The Staff Technical Program Manager will run programs with rigor, communicate crisply to executives, and hold vendors, partners, and internal teams accountable to dates. The role involves end-to-end program management for major system implementations, roadmap operations, portfolio governance, and change management.

The responsibilities include program delivery, roadmap operations, portfolio governance, and change management. The program manager will own end-to-end program management for major system implementations, run the Business Technology roadmap, and stand up lightweight portfolio governance.

Requirements
- 8+ years in technical program management
- at least 4 years running enterprise application or business systems programs (ERP, CRM, HCM, procurement, EPM, or data platform)
- fluent in systems architecture, integrations, and data flows
- operated in a SOX or audit-facing environment
- experience working with external auditors is a strong plus
