Role Overview

As we expand our Enterprise business, we are looking for an experienced Director - Solutions Architecture, Enterprise to lead our customer-facing Solutions Architecture organization for the Enterprise segment. This is a leadership role at the intersection of technology, enterprise strategy and business value.

What You Will Do

Build, lead and coach a high-performing team of Enterprise Solutions Architects. Engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, Heads of AI/ML, Business leaders and other senior stakeholders.

You will have 5+ years of experience in people-management, including hiring, coaching and developing senior technical professionals, and 10+ years of experience working with Enterprise companies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in people-management, including hiring, coaching and developing senior technical professionals.
• 10+ years of experience working with Enterprise companies, with a deep understanding of how large organizations evaluate, purchase, adopt and expand strategic technology platforms.
• Proven experience in value engineering for Enterprise customers — translating technology investments and complex architectures into measurable business outcomes, economic value and compelling business cases.
