Role Overview
As Nebius scales rapidly, we're building a program management office to bring structure, visibility, and consistency to how the People Team delivers. You will join a team that is transforming the People function for the next stage of growth.
What You Will Do
Manage a portfolio of initiatives of varying size and complexity, from planning through execution and post-launch assessment, including measuring outcomes against the original goals.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and at scale
- Strong operational execution and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
