Requirements
- 5+ years of field experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Expertise in industry codes and standards
- Strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Procore, Primavera)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and juggle schedules, budgets, and project details
