Enablement Engineer
Crusoe — Denver, Colorado, United States · In-Person · Mid · $120k - $145k/yearly
Role description
Role Overview
Crusoe is hiring an Enablement Engineer to help customers get the most out of Crusoe Cloud. This role is full-time in-office and works across all customer accounts, proactively training customers on current features, new releases, and capabilities they are not yet using. You will build the enablement catalog used to onboard new customers and new employees, and act as a bridge between customers, product, and marketing as the public technical voice of the platform.
What You Will Do
Deliver live training, webinars, and workshops that teach customers how to use Crusoe Cloud features and realize value from the platform. Produce technical content — blog posts, whitepapers, and guides — covering Kubernetes architecture and cloud infrastructure topics. Script, record, and produce 'How-To' videos, feature deep-dives, and webinar demos. Build and maintain reference architectures and sandbox examples on GitHub showing how Crusoe Cloud integrates with the wider CNCF ecosystem.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You have a deep understanding of Kubernetes internals and hands-on experience with virtual machines and private cloud infrastructure. You have a background in customer success, developer advocacy, or technical training with an engineering or developer audience. You are comfortable managing your own content calendar and lab environments in a high-growth startup environment. Compensation includes a salary range of $120,000 - $145,000, Restricted Stock Units, and comprehensive benefits.
