Role description

Role Overview

Crusoe is hiring an Enablement Engineer to help customers get the most out of Crusoe Cloud. This role can be based out of any Crusoe office and is full-time in-office. You will work across all customer accounts — not tied to a single book of business — proactively training customers on current features, new releases, and capabilities they are not yet using.

What You Will Do

Deliver live training, webinars, and workshops that teach customers how to use Crusoe Cloud features and realize value from the platform. Produce technical content — blog posts, whitepapers, and guides — covering Kubernetes architecture and cloud infrastructure topics. Script, record, and produce 'How-To' videos, feature deep-dives, and webinar demos. Represent Crusoe at major industry events such as KubeCon as a speaker, evangelist, and subject matter expert, including booth engagement.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You have a deep understanding of Kubernetes internals and hands-on experience with virtual machines and private cloud infrastructure. You have a background in customer success, developer advocacy, or technical training with an engineering or developer audience. You are comfortable managing your own content calendar and lab environments in a high-growth startup environment. Compensation includes competitive pay, equity packages, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals, including API servers, namespaces, RBAC, and multi-tenancy
  • Hands-on experience with virtual machines and private cloud infrastructure, including compute and storage (OpenStack or KubeVirt experience valued)
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and major cloud providers (AWS/EKS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Background in customer success, developer advocacy, or technical training with an engineering or developer audience
  • Experience delivering webinars, technical demos, and customer-facing training
  • Ability to explain a complex topic — like virtual Kubernetes clusters — in a way that lands with both a C-level executive and a junior DevOps engineer
  • Comfort managing your own content calendar and lab environments in a high-growth startup environment

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and equity packages
  • Restricted Stock Units
  • Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs
  • Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance
  • Employer contributions to HSA account
  • Paid parental leave
  • Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability
  • Professional development & tuition reimbursement
  • Mental health & wellness support
  • Commuter benefits (parking & transit)
  • Cell phone stipend
  • 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary
  • Volunteer time off
  • Global travel insurance & emergency assistance
  • Daily meals allowance
  • Additional perks & programs specific to location
