Role Overview

The Engineering Manager will lead the Platform team, responsible for the time series and log storage systems, and the query layer that serves every dashboard, API call, and investigation on top of them. This is a people-first leadership role with real delivery stakes.

What You Will Do

Grow and develop the team, manage storage and query, own delivery, set technical direction, keep the operational bar high, and coordinate across team boundaries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience
• 2+ years managing software engineers directly
