People Programs Specialist (Contract)

What You Will Do

Support the Talent Management team in designing and implementing job architecture, performance management, and systems that run them. This includes drafting job profiles, mapping roles, resolving gaps with COEs and business stakeholders, and maintaining source-of-truth architecture files.

Requirements

• 3-6 years in People/HR programs, talent management, or HR operations
• Experience with job architecture, competency frameworks, or job profile management
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail
• Clear written communication for manager- and executive-facing materials
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate drafting, analysis, and documentation

• Compensation paid in the range of up to $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
• Bonus points for a Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Workday (HCM, Talent, or Performance modules)
• Lattice (or similar: Culture Amp, 15Five) administration experience
