Role Overview

As a Plant Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and uptime of critical manufacturing equipment. You'll work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure smooth facility operations and establish a robust preventative maintenance system.

Troubleshoot Electrical & Mechanical Issues, Maintain Electrical & Utility Systems, Preventive Maintenance Program, PLC, Controls & Electrical Diagnostics, Regulatory & Safety Compliance, Project Coordination & Support, Work Leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high and low voltage electrical systems in manufacturing
• In-depth understanding of relevant electrical codes
• Skilled in using electrical testing equipment such as voltmeters, amp meters, and other diagnostic tools
• Strong commitment to safety, with experience in Lockout/Tagout procedures and safety-sensitive environments
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for diagnosing complex electrical issues
• Strong ability to work with managers, peers, and vendors effectively
