Role Overview

Crusoe's Finance team is looking for a Senior Manager to own headcount and operating expense (OpEx) finance across the company. This role is the single source of truth for how many people we have, how many we're planning to hire, and what we're spending outside of capital projects.

What You Will Do

Headcount Planning & Tracking, OpEx Budgeting/forecasting, Actuals Reporting & Variance Analysis, Forecast Management, Business Partnering, Process & Systems Improvement, Executive & Board Reporting

Why It Might Be a Fit

6+ years of progressive finance experience, including meaningful ownership of headcount and/or OpEx planning and reporting, strong financial modeling skills, and ability to partner with People/Recruiting teams and translate hiring plans into financial impact

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive finance experience
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Demonstrated ability to partner with People/Recruiting teams and translate hiring plans into financial impact
• Track record of owning a budgeting and actuals reporting process end-to-end
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over data accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA a plus
