Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Tax to lead tax structuring, tax compliance, and financial modeling for our growing pipeline of data center projects. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert on partnerships and tax equity structures, collaborating closely with Finance, Legal, Real Estate Development, and external consultants to optimize tax benefits, mitigate risks, and ensure tax compliance.

What You Will Do

Lead the tax structuring and execution of complex tax equity investments, joint ventures, and project financing partnerships. Direct and review financial models for project partnerships, analyzing tax allocations, capital accounts, outside basis, and cash/tax waterfalls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of corporate or partnership tax experience
• A master's degree and CPA or J.D. certification preferred
• Experience with Investment Tax Credits or energy credits
• Experience with Real Estate Industry
