Role Overview

As Senior Program Manager, Learning & Development - Tech, you will develop and operate a best-in-class global Onboarding & Learning Programs for Crusoe’s global manager population. You will also develop and oversee Crusoe's Team Effectiveness Project.

What You Will Do

You will balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution—designing and facilitating manager experiences, curating learning journeys for teams & individuals, and establishing data-driven feedback loops that resonate with our Tech population.
