Role Overview

Crusoe is looking for a Sourcing Specialist responsible for building, owning, and executing sourcing strategies for corporate services (IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, Travel).

What You Will Do

Build, own, and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel. Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus
• Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills
• Excellent spend analysis and problem-solving abilities with exceptional stakeholder partnership skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• Hands-on experience with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba)
