Role Overview

Join Crusoe, a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company, as a Senior Workforce Intelligence Analyst. The team is building the future of AI workloads, and you'll own the last mile of building an AI-powered self-service analytics suite.

What You Will Do

You'll drive adoption through a hybrid strategy, enabling the People team to use the self-service suite and building their own content and analyses. You'll partner with Talent Acquisition, Employee Success Partners, and senior members of the People Science team to understand their goals and build metrics and context.

Requirements

• 4+ years in people analytics, HR technology, or a closely related role
• Hands-on Visier experience
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly in a cloud data warehouse
• Fluency in the HR domain
• Demonstrated experience enabling others
• A pragmatic approach to data governance
• Ability to work independently, prioritize concurrent workstreams, and handle sensitive data with total discretion
