Role description
Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that owns and operates each layer of the stack to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. The company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to contribute to the operations of their cutting-edge infrastructure, focusing on designing and scaling their carbon-reducing operating model and managing critical hardware, software, and network components.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working in software engineering
- 2+ years of programming experience in GoLang
- Experience with Kubernetes and Linux Engineering and debugging
- Infrastructure as code experience and familiarity with systems-level challenges
- Experience with Terraform and GCP (preferred)
- Understanding of Argo, CI/CD, and Automated Testing pipelines
- Ability to build and manage Kubernetes operators and controllers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
