Role Overview
Nebius is looking for a Builder Community Manager to build and activate local developer ecosystems across APJ. This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role where you'll be the face of Nebius in your region, working directly with developers, founders, and partners to grow a strong, engaged builder community.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include building and growing a high-quality local developer community, identifying key hubs and communities, establishing Nebius as a trusted presence locally, and representing Nebius at events and meetups.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We expect you to have 5-7+ years of experience in community, developer marketing, events, or ecosystem roles, a strong understanding of developer audiences, and proven experience running ambassador and/or grassroots community programs.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in community, developer marketing, events, or ecosystem roles
- Strong understanding of developer audiences (AI/ML, infra, or adjacent preferred)
- Proven experience running ambassador and/or grassroots community programs
- Highly execution-driven: you can go from idea → event → results quickly
- Strong local network (or ability to build one fast)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable being the face of a brand in your region
- Able to work in a globally distributed team, with flexibility for meetings across US, Europe, and APAC time zones when needed
