Role Overview
The Communications Operations Lead will build an operations function within the Nebius communications organisation to support External Communications, People Communications, and Sustainability teams. The role will involve building processes, tooling, and coordination mechanisms to enable team members to focus on delivering an exceptional communications program.
What You Will Do
The Communications Operations Lead will own the communications team's operational rhythm, coordinate team events, act as connective tissue across the communications organisation, develop and maintain planning frameworks, and support senior leads on strategic projects.
