Role Overview
Nebius is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to drive inorganic growth through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. The role will involve identifying, evaluating, and executing high-potential M&A opportunities, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include building and maintaining an M&A pipeline, searching for and identifying potential acquisition targets, conducting market mapping and financial analysis, leading due diligence, and driving deal execution.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development
