Role description

Role Overview

As the Data Center GM, you will lead data center operations across the Midwest region, starting with the Missouri site and expanding to additional locations over time. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of operations, performance, and team build-out across multiple sites.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end data center operations across the region, ensuring uptime, performance, and SLA delivery across all sites. Hire, lead, and develop data center managers and operations teams. Act as the primary operational interface with external partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations
• Experience leading data center operations teams and site managers
• Strong background in critical environment infrastructure (power, cooling, environmental systems)
• Experience working with third-party vendors and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to operate in high-availability, large-scale environments
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling teams
• Ability to operate with ownership, accountability, and autonomy
