The Delivery Operations Manager will build and maintain the operational system that connects sales, delivery, and customer success, ensuring every customer interaction runs smoothly from first deal to production.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include owning day-to-day operational processes, ensuring seamless transitions from PoC to production, building and maintaining documentation, defining cleanup processes, and triaging incidents.
