Role Overview
Nebius is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to strengthen its datacenter facilities engineering team. The role requires a flexible, proactive mindset with attention to details and good communication skills. The team works on planning and designing electrical engineering aspects of data centers.
What You Will Do
Plan, validate, and verify the rollout of reliable electrical systems, work with internal and external business partners, create designs that meet quality benchmarks, and seek new designs and technologies.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, 5+ years of experience in electrical design, and in-depth knowledge of electrical equipment. A flexible mindset, good communication skills, and experience with designing mission-critical facilities are also desirable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in creating electrical design documentation for construction
- 5+ years of experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical design
- In-depth understanding of electrical equipment such as power distribution, busway systems, electrical switchgear, UPS, and diesel generators
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and systems related to data centers
- Good communication skills, fluent in English
- A flexible, pro-active mindset with attention for details
