As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping to align people strategies with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include partnering with business leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, supporting managers in performance management, and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
• Background in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies
• Experience supporting engineering or technical teams across multiple geographic locations
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural environments
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support communication with global teams
