Role Overview
Join Nebius Academy as an Instructional Designer to develop courses on Nebius AI Cloud for different target audiences. You will be responsible for creating impactful, scalable learning experiences that combine technical expertise with real-world application.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include participating in learning needs analysis, designing courses, creating educational content, and collaborating with the production team to create visual content.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role
- Proven experience working with technical topics (software engineering, data science, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of digital learning design frameworks and principles
- Ability to develop various educational content forms (long reads, video, assessments)
- Proficiency in modern tools such as Figma, HeyGen, and Supademo
- High level of English proficiency
