Nebius is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their IP&IT Law team. The role involves conducting legal reviews, collaborating with lawyers, and managing IP outsourcing agreements. The team is innovative and fast-paced, with a focus on AI projects.
What You Will Do
Conduct legal reviews of license and SaaS agreements, collaborate with lawyers, manage IP outsourcing agreements, provide legal analysis and advice on IP-related issues, and address open-source matters.

Requirements
