Role Overview
Nebius is seeking a talented Legal Counsel APJ to join their dynamic legal team, supporting expanding operations across APJ, and working closely with procurement and infrastructure teams.
What You Will Do
Advise on and negotiate procurement contracts, support acquisition of permits and licenses, draft and manage commercial agreements, and monitor regulatory developments.

Requirements
- Master's degree from a reputable university
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department in the APJ region
- Strong understanding of commercial law
- Excellent communication and contract negotiation skills in English
- Proactive, pragmatic, and business-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
