Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Systems Project Manager with strong experience in HR systems, HR operations, and process optimization. This role will support the growth and scalability of the People function by leading HR systems implementations, integrations, and workflow improvements.
What You Will Do
Lead HR systems and process improvement projects from planning through rollout, partner with People Operations, HRBPs, and Operations teams to optimize workflows and system usage, and drive implementation and optimization of HRIS workflows, automations, and integrations.

Requirements
- Strong experience with HRIS platforms and People systems
- Background in HR Operations, HRBP, People Systems, or related functions
- Experience managing HR systems implementations or transformation projects
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR workflows
- Ability to balance business needs with system capabilities and scalability
- Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
