Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Physical Security Systems Technician to support deployment, validation, and maintenance of physical security infrastructure across our European sites. This role focuses on execution — installation, configuration, testing, and documentation of CCTV and access control systems.

What You Will Do

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (cameras, NVRs/DVRs, VMS), support access control systems (badging, controllers, readers, permissions), perform hardware replacements, troubleshoot system issues, execute system testing after installations and changes, develop and run Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) procedures for new deployments, validate system performance, coverage, failover scenarios, and compliance with design.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with physical security systems (CCTV, access control)
• Experience installing and configuring cameras and access control hardware
• Experience with system testing / commissioning (SAT or similar)
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and reports
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, VLANs, PoE)
• Basic Linux knowledge (logs, services, basic troubleshooting)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
• Willingness to travel within Europe
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
